Who are Learn4Less tutors?

Our tutors are experienced and dedicated UBC graduates from diverse backgrounds. We have hand-picked our team from a pool of talented Masters and PhD students to ensure best service offered.

What is Learn4Less cancellation policy?

If you cancel (and/or request to reschedule) with more than 24 hours in advance, your credit will be refunded.

If you cancel (and/or request to reschedule) with less than 24 hours notice, unfortunately it’s not possible to refund the class credit.

If you need to cancel your purchased sessions and get a refund, 95% of the paid amount will be returned to your original method of payment.

What if I am not satisfied with my session?

We selected the best tutors and we guarantee the best tutoring experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your session email our support team with your reasons and we will try our best to make it up for you.

What if the course I want a tutor for is not listed?

If you are looking for help in a subject matter more specialized in your field of study or any other courses not listed on our website, fill out the form on this page and provide a brief description of the help you need. We will do our best to match you with a subject matter expert.
